Walking Pavilion
“Walking Pavilion” is a large beach hut really. It was previously owned by Atatürk, and has now been restored as a museum. The story is that in 1929 Atatürk went ashore to sit under the ancient (600 year old) plane tree there. He liked it and asked for a small house to be built. The wooden construction was completed in 22 days.
Kent Orman Waterfall
A unique natural wonder in the urban forest. It can be reached by walking about 1 km through the forest. You won’t be able to get enough of taking pictures when we see the waterfalls.
Karaca Arboretum
More than 7000 trees in the garden. You will see thousand of trees, flowers in one place, and also the house where Mr.Hayrettin Karaca who is the founder of the place lives. Some flowers or trees grown by the staff can be purchased. Visiting this wonderful green place is strongly recommended if you happen to be in Yalova city one day.
